Lilian graduated from the massage program at Truckee Meadows Community College in 2021, with her Certificate of Massage Therapy.
She knew massage therapy was her calling at an early age.  She found her large family to provide invaluable training, as they would each come to her for massage after a long day of work.

Her favorite type of massage is therapeutic because it requires many different techniques.  Each technique is unique but all can be very effective in reducing pain.  Finding the right technique for each client is her goal.  

In the future, she hopes to study reflexology because it works on deeper areas of the body such as organs. She strives to have every client leaving her table feeling relieved of stress and tension. Working with individuals who have injuries or have been tense a long time bring her the most joy.  Her dedication and attention to detail allows her to find those tense areas you didn’t know were the issue.  She describes her experience being a massage therapist as fulfilling and an ongoing educational opportunity.

We are lucky to have Lili join Body In Knead in Sparks and absolutely love her massage techniques.  She is available Thursday – Sunday form 9am-3pm.
